Processing and Delivery Times.
Processing Time
Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order to ship. You will receive a notification via email or text message when you order ships out.
- 1- 5 business days for US and International orders
- Processing time for the purchases made during the holidays will be closer to 8 business days
Shipping.
Please double check that your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. Shayla Dean Studio is not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address input by the buyer.
We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take a few days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Shayla Dean Studio cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
